David Pittman – Head Coach, Women’s Soccer
Bryant & Stratton College – Syracuse Campus

David Pittman brings a passion for player development, community engagement, and competitive excellence to his role as Head Coach of the Bryant & Stratton College Women’s Soccer Team. With years of experience coaching at the youth and high school levels, David has built a reputation for developing technically skilled players and fostering team culture rooted in hard work, resilience, and collaboration.

Before joining Bryant & Stratton, David served as the Youth Sports Program Manager for the YWCA of Syracuse & Onondaga County, where he spearheaded multiple initiatives to expand access to the game, including Syracuse City FC and Soccer for Success, a program of the U.S. Soccer Foundation delivered in partnership with local schools and community centers. His leadership emphasized social-emotional learning (SEL) and mentorship, helping hundreds of youth grow both on and off the field.

David’s coaching philosophy centers on empowering athletes to reach their full potential, both as players and as leaders. He brings a strong tactical foundation, favoring systems of play that encourage creativity, possession, and collective effort, while preparing his team to compete at the highest level of USCAA competition.

When he’s not on the sideline, David is a dedicated advocate for growing the game in Syracuse, working to build sustainable soccer pathways for boys and girls in the region.
